Financing Rescheduling & Restructuring (R&R)

R&R is a modification of the financial obligations due to financial problem which allows extension of tenure, reduction of monthly payment and instalments deferment.

Agensi Kauseling dan Pengurusan (Credit Counselling and Debt Management)(AKPK) Referral

Bank Rakyat are concerned about the problem our customers are facing and would like to give the opportunity to discuss with us on formulating a solution before further legal action is taken. Bank Rakyat also works closely with AKPK to provide an additional platform for our customers to get help.
