Bank Rakyat Board Charter

This Board Charter (the “Charter”) is the guiding document for the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad (the “Bank"), and is in line with Section 4 of the Bank Kerjasama Rakyat (Special Provisions) Act 1978, which empowers the Board to carry out the functions and powers and general administration of the affairs and business of the Bank.
