  1. Applicable only for merchants registered business (non-individual).
  2. The business must be officially registered with the relevant Malaysian authorities, such as but not limited to Companies Commission of Malaysia.
  3. The business must have a company current account.
  4. The business must comply with Shariah principles.

5. How to Get Started

Ready to onboard?  Here’s how merchants can easily secure their very own POS terminal:

Step 1: Application Form: Merchants may download and complete the application form and submit it to the nearest Bank Rakyat branch or apply online through QR2E.

Step 2: Required Documentation: Merchants may submit the required documents to any Bank Rakyat branch or via Acquiring@bankrakyat.com.my

Step 3: Approval Process: Once the application is approved, the approval status will be informed within a specified timeframe to the merchant, and subsequent merchant to execute Offer Letter.

Step 4: Installation and Setup: Once we received the merchant’s signed Offer Letter, we will schedule a convenient time for the installation and setup of the terminal.
