Kad Rakyat facility (ATM Card)

Perform withdrawals at Bank Rakyat ATMs or any ATM with MEPS / BANKCARD logo across the country
Perform money transfers and one-stop bill payments via ATM and counters.

a. Individuals aged 60 years and above (senior citizens)

b. Aged 18 years and above who are

Person with disabilities
Individuals who do not have income or are in the lower income category
Not digitally savvy or reside in areas with poor internet connectivity
Full-time students
Not digitally savvy or reside in areas with poor internet connectivity

c. Individuals aged under 18 years old

d. Micro enterprises incorporated in Malaysia
