• Individuals who do not have income or are in the lower income category
• Not digitally savvy or reside in areas with poor internet connectivity
• Full-time students
• Not digitally savvy or reside in areas with poor connectivity

c. Micro enterprises incorporated in Malaysia

d. Small enterprises incorporated in Malaysia
