Bank Rakyat has created a Mentor Mentee programme in an effort to boost the capability of cooperatives. Through this programme, cooperatives will enjoy consultancy services, training and guidance on increasing the efficiency in the management and operation of each entity.

Bank Rakyat as the mentor will share its experience and knowledge with the mentee especially in the implementation of an effective cooperative management system as practised by Bank Rakyat.

Bank Rakyat also provides guidance and consultancy services in the implementation of Islamic financing to credit cooperative.
