2. How to Register

The process requires you to be the Manager (authorised individual) to perform the steps below:

Step 1: Download the i-MerchantRAKYAT app at your app store and proceed with a new registration.

Step 2: Enter your organization and account number, then click the ‘Register’ icon and accept the terms and conditions (T&C).

Step 3: Your organisation’sinformation will be displayed. Click ‘Yes, Continue’ to verify.

Step 4: Fill in your registration details and upload the required documents for the Bank’s verification (Refer to the required documents in Documents Required).

Step 5: You will receive an email notification with the ‘Verify’ link to proceed with account activation within 48 hours.

Step 6: Click the ‘Verify’ link from the email and you will be directed to the log in page to create your username and password.

Step 7: Login with your username and password. You will receive an OTP for first-time login verification.

Step 8: Verify the OTP, and your registration will be complete.
