1. How will the bank notify customers on card application status?
   The card application status will be notified via SMS.
2. How many additional cards can be applied by the customers?
   The principal cardholder may apply up to five supplementary cards.
3. What is the financing limit offered to Platinum Xclusive Explorer Credit Card-i cardholders?
   Financing limit for Platinum Xclusive Explorer Credit Card-i starts from RM50,000 and above.
4. How do I apply for additional cards?
   Principal cardholder is required to fill up supplementary info at the‘Supplementary Card Request’ section in the Credit Card-i application form. The required document are copies of identification card for principal and supplementary cardholder.
5. Can a supplementary cardholder apply to be a principal cardholder?
   Yes. The application procedure is the same as making a new application.
