Tabung Haji Services

We offer these services to Tabung Haji depositors where they can perform Tabung Haji account transactions at Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs) and counters of Bank Rakyat branches.

Transaction Limit

ATM

• RM1,500.00 for each transaction or RM5,000.00 per day for both Tabung Haji and Bank Rakyat accounts

COUNTER

• RM 10,000 per day

How to Activate Your Account

Non-Bank Rakyat account holder:

• Bring MyKad to any Bank Rakyat branch
  
• Open Bank Rakyat savings account and obtain Kad Rakyat
• Fill out the Application/Maintenance of Electronic Services form
• Use Kad Rakyat at Bank Rakyat's ATM/CDM

Bank Rakyat account holder:

• Bring MyKad and Kad Rakyat to any Bank Rakyat branch
  
• Fill out the Application/Maintenance of Electronic Services form
• Use Kad Rakyat at Bank Rakyat's ATM/CDM

ATM/CDM Transaction Guide

For cash withdrawals at ATM:

• Insert Kad Rakyat and enter PIN number
  
• Select cash withdrawal
• Select Tabung Haji
• Enter desired amount
• Select 'Yes' to retrieve transaction receipt

For balance enquiry at ATM:

• Insert Kad Rakyat and enter PIN number
  
• Select balance enquiry
• Select Tabung Haji
• Select 'Yes' to retrieve transaction receipt

Operating Hours

• Monday - Sunday : Saturday : 6.00 am - 12.00 midnight
