RAKYAT REWARD POINTS CONVERSION – ENRICH POINTS

ONLINE RAKYAT REWARDS REDEMPTION VIA iRAKYAT

Cardholders are required to register in iRakyat internet banking.
Cardholders may follow the steps below for Rakyat Reward Points conversion to Enrich points through iRakyat:

Step 1

To convert, login to i-Rakyat with your registered User ID and Password.

Step 2

Select “iReward” and check your Rakyat Rewards value in “RM”

Step 3

Insert the redemption value in “RM” for every RM55 to convert: E.g.

Bank Rakyat Points	Points value in RM	Conversion to Enrich points
5,500	55	1,000
11,000	110	2,000
16,500	165	3,000

Step 4

Choose your desired redemption points/rebates methods to available appointed partners: Enrich points and insert your Malaysia Airlines Enrich member ID.

Step 5

Upon completion, proceed to “check out”, confirmation through "iSecure authentication" will be sent to your registered phone number.
