Individuals
•Aged 18 and above •Not a bankrupt •No court action was taken against the applicants •Never been dispelled from being a member under the Co-operatives Act 1993
Co-operatives •All co-operatives registered under the Co-operatives Act 1993
DOCUMENTS Individuals •To complete the SKB 1 form and a copy of an Identification Card
Co-operatives •To complete the SKB 2 •Copies of Board of Directors' Identification Card •A copy of co-operatives registration certificate •A copy of the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting
