BECOMING A MEMBER

ELIGIBILITY

Open to individuals and co-operatives who meet the following requirements:

Individuals
• Aged 18 and above
• Not a bankrupt
• No court action was taken against the applicants
• Never been dispelled from being a member under the Co-operatives Act 1993

Co-operatives
• All co-operatives registered under the Co-operatives Act 1993

DOCUMENTS

Individuals
• To complete the SKB 1 form and a copy of an Identification Card

Co-operatives
• To complete the SKB 2
• Copies of Board of Directors' Identification Card
• A copy of co-operatives registration certificate
• A copy of the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting
