  • Malaysian Citizen
  • Age not less than 21 years and not more than 70 years old at the end of financing tenure
  • Joint Application, husband and wife are allowed
  • Household income between RM2,500 – RM15,000
  • Own not more than one (1) property, if any
  • Purchase for own occupation

Financing up to 100% (Purchase Price) + 10% (5% MRTT & 5% Legal Fee & Valuation Fee)
