(Subject to Complaint involving electronic banking transaction, direct debit and payment instrument (Debit Card-i))

Complaints filed in this Complaint Form will be acted upon accordingly by the Bank within fourteen (14) days from the date the complaint is received. The Bank will make an advance payment (if necessary) to the customer in the amount of the claim and/or an amount not exceeding RM5000.00 into the Savings-i/Current-i Account as stated in this Complaint Form ** If the Bank investigation finds that the complaint submitted is false, The Bank reserves the right to debit (withdraw) the advances payment through the Savings-i/Current-i Account. If the customer fails to refund the advance payment to the Bank within seven (7) days from the Bank's Notice, the Bank reserves the right to take legal action against the failure of the customer to repay the advance payment.
